PAYMENT OF FEESFees are payable upon receipt of your invoice and are invoiced at the start of every term.
TRIAL LESSONA trial lesson must be paid before attending. An invoice will be issued when a booking is made.
WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATIONOne full calendar month's notice is required (in writing) to advise if a child will not be enrolling for the following term. This must be sent to theparks@momsandtots.co.za. Failure to give proper notice will mean that the parent/caregiver will be held responsible for the following term’s fees.
NON-ATTENDANCEParents/caregivers are responsible for the payment of sessions that are not attended. Parents/caregivers are requested to please inform the workshop leader in good time, when possible if they are not able to attend a session.
MAKE UP SESSIONSThe Workshop leader will make every effort to accommodate a mother who has missed a session due to illness or any other reasonable cause, however: - The making up of missed sessions cannot be guaranteed. - Due to limited vacancies only 1 session per term can be made up, and during the same term. - The making up of sessions will depend on the availability of a vacancy. - In all instances the making up of the sessions will be at the discretion of the Workshop leader.
HOLIDAYS:Moms and Tots Workshop will be closed during school holidays - the exact dates are available on the website.. Moms and Tots | The Parks works on a private school term holiday schedule (3 terms).
As with all schools, there are no sessions on Public holidays but if your lesson does fall on a Public Holiday we will do our best to accommodate you for a make up class.
Every class schedule has 12 lessons per term - therefore you are not missing a lesson if a holiday falls on the date of your class.
POPI ACTAs per the guidelines of the Act, MT Group is compliant and requires some information from you to provide services.
Personal information is collected and retained to service your account and for fraud prevention and regulatory purposes. You acknowledge and agree that for the protection of both Parties, any personal data in this Agreement shall be regulated by our Privacy Policy by the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
By using these features and services, you consent to MT Group and its subsidiaries and agents’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of all of the foregoing information, to provide MT Group services and functionality. You further agree to the reciprocal obligations contemplated in our Privacy Policy.
You warrant that you have all necessary consents of the relevant Data Subjects as a Responsible Party in respect of their personal information, to authorise us to process their personal information, where necessary to perform the services under the Agreement.
MARKETING AND SHARING OF SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGESNote that Moms and Tots | The Parks uses social media to grow the classes. From time to time pictures and videos from the classes are shared on Facebook and Instagram. Please pay careful attention to the registration form and indicate if you do not want yours or your child’s images shared on these platforms. If you do indicate that you’d prefer not to, then we will ensure that your faces are not shown in any of the pictures.
NO REFUNDSUnfortunately Moms and Tots | The Parks does not issue refunds. The planning of workshops is in advance of a term and therefore all materials are purchased upfront.
